Kokomo Schools is committed to offering choices to its parents concerning their children’s education. In addition to the traditional curriculum (K-12), Kokomo Schools offers International Baccalaureate schools for pre-K through grade 12 students, culminating with the Diploma Program (DP) and Career-Related Program; Integrated Arts programs for students in grades K-8; 1-to-1 Technology Academies for K through 8 students; STEM schools for K through 8 students; two Career Schools for 8th-graders in cooperation with the Kokomo Area Career Center; and alternative schools for middle school (6-8) and high school (9-12) students. Kokomo High School currently offers 25 Advanced Placement (AP) classes. In the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program, students can apply to participate in educational exchanges in England, Costa Rica and Chile.
