Thornton-Donovan is an independent and non- denominational school located in a New Rochelle, New-York and was established in 1901. The student population of the school is 88, with the student teacher ratio of 1:6. The campus of the school is made up of five different buildings, each with their own unique classes and discoveries to make. The most unique part about this high school is that it annually organizes trips to the so called countries of focus, meaning that students are travelling to the places about which they have been studying during the academic year, recently such countries have been South Africa, Albania, Iceland, and Mongolia, as well as many more places around the world.
