Founded in 1904 by Mary Alice Knox, The Knox School is the oldest established private school on Long Island, in New York. Today, Knox is a co-educational boarding and day school for grades 6-12 where the total well-being of every student is the top priority. The school strives to provide the opportunity for capable students to excel within a liberal arts program infused with artistic and athletic pursuits, in preparation for higher education at selective colleges and universities.
